I like that it let me know I am doing the right things to get started.

I have always had those 5 test done, if I don't remember the Doctors office does. And I also write it down on my calander in my bedroom as a reminder of what test I have done and what test I need. Good video.

This was a very good video. I will ask for the test that measures tryglycerides. I have not had one in along time. I copied the list.
