Very good video. The only thing that I do differently is that I use whole wheat pasta instead of white pasta.

That gives me hope. I have stayed away from any pasta (because I just can't eat a smidgen) The recipe sounds good too and I am on my way to visit his website to see what else he has up his sleeves.
