We need more info on these natural therapies. I use them everyday in my clinic. Green tea can also lower blood sugar. For a great green tea company check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuDssUe8PyM
I am such a proponant of these remidies. I really believe that we are over medicated and anything that we can do to limit the perscriptions we take is great. I take these, except for maganesium…guess that is going on my "ask the doctor" list for my next visit.
Very informative. I had tried Cinnamon in the past but didn't know about the others. Mom is on Magnesium and also has had lower BG's. Just didn't connect the 2. Will ask my doc on Tuesday.
This video reminded me that I need to start taking my cinnamon again. I do like the way my sugars react when I do take it.
This was very interesting & informative. It was also well-done & easy to understand.
It was very interesting. My only comment is that I take so many medications that I'm told not to take extra supplements because they interfer with some of the meds I already take.
Nice info on other ways of health. Good show.
This video is very informative…Thanks so much John for sharing this with us!!
I'm very interested in ALA so I will ask my doctor about it next week.
A great informing segment. A great learn..
informative
I have been taking a supplement for the last 3 months called Glucose Factors, which contains all three of the mentioned supplements as well as several others that have been studied for the control of diabetes and have had real good results with it. Good video
I ent to the store and bought all of it . I've been taking it and my sugars are better. I'm not as depressed and I have so much more energy.
Personaly, I have used Chromium for about 6 months now and it has helped me with controling my blood sugar levels. I'm guessing that it did help my Cholesterol as well as my results there have never been this good. All studies I have read say that you should probably not exceed 200 mcg per day though. If I had to pick one supplement that has helped me the most, it would be the Chromium. I hope this helps… John
I've known about chromium and cinnamon. ALA as part of the whole Omega-3 phenomenon. I'm not sure how the body deals with excesses of chromium and right now I think I'm at a limit, so laying off it. I do suspect I need to add more magnesium, though…
I also knew about the cinnamon but not the others. The one I'm most interested in ALA for neurothapy. Nothing else has worked and I'm willing to try anything else. Diane
This piece was very helpful. I am a firm believer in natural ways to control my diabetes. I knew about the Cinnimon but other supplements are new to me and I cannot wait to give them a try and see what happens. Thanks for posting this, it was very helpful
