Sounds good if you like all. that stuff in the video. My problem is I don't like a bunch of that stuff, nor do I eat fruit.( have never liked it). Saw a documentary of some ranch in S. Az where they claimed you coulod reverse diabetes by a vegan diet. Guess I wpould have to grow long ears before I could attempt it/

So... I am not Type 2, nor have I gone completely vegan (I allow myself to eat animal products once a day if I chose -- however I am making that choice less often), but I want to say that it isn't as hard as it seems. My desire for meat has almost entirely gone away. I very rarely prepare it for myself and don't miss it. I really only find myself eating animal products when I am out and there aren't other options. Try it, go vegan for a week, you might like it!

I found this video inspirational and I admire all the people that had the discipline to go vegan.
