You know I want to build myself back up to do this. I used to walk 5 miles a day rain, snow sleet or hail. It just was part of my day. It was part of my schedule, I never went a day without walking. Now, I am doing everything under my power to walk. I am going slower than I ever could imagine, but I am not giving up. Again it is a daily routine for me. Ok, I might only be able to do 15-20 mins but I want to work myself up to a mile a day. Truely I want to walk 5 miles a day, who am I kidding!.........Debe |

I love this video. It is so true, if we just get started, like most things, we will develope a want and desire for it, and the exercise becomes part of us. I have started a slow build up, and it is working for me.
