Soaring blood sugar, diabetes and high cholesterol are all words most people don't want to hear, but what if you could manage them simply by eating a common spice?

You're very welcome Thinker. Lisa, I sprinkle cinnamon on my toast and in addition to the Metformin I take, it keeps my blood sugar in good range.

I take cinnamon supplements now and had a 5.3 reading myself. Though my triglycerides were bad…so I am not so sure how much I really can take that would be beneficial. Thanks again! Sheila

This sounds great but I've never heard of this cinergin. Where do you find it? Is it expensive? Will regular cinamon on toast work?

Getting information about natural products for diabetes to the public is so important. Green tea can also lower blood sugar. For a beneficial green tea company try this: www.living-qi.com

This is very interesting. I have Type 2 and suffer a lot of neuropathy pain. Where do you get Cynergen OR how much do I need to put on a piece of toast twice a day to get the same effect? I would like to try it but don't have much money to spend.

I have not tried the product but I do eat cinnamon toast every day!! my sugar level dropped to normal in just a month. It might not work that quickly for everyone-I have type 2 but cinnamon is inexpensive and doubly beneficial!

I used to take 2 cinnamon tablets a day but stopped. I don't remember why, I will definately start taking it again to prove to myself this is true.

well done, with appropriate caution about expectation against using for a quick fix… life style and check with doctor about your needs.

I just recently began taking 2 capsules of cinnamon daily, and it definitely works for me. Haven't tried the Cinnergen, however.
