I haven't had any extreme loses yet, the lowest has been 90. But I have a friend who is a type 1 diabetic & has explained to me what she feels when she is having low blood sugar. She has had diabitese since she was 9 & is now in her 60's. This was however helpful for me, to better understand what might happen if & when I have low blood sugar, Thank you.

This is something we should share with our family, or co-workers, so that if we start acting "weird". they will have an idea of what is going on. Lows are not much fun, and if not acted upon fast enough, we can get in some real trouble. Thanks for sharing.

I love the gnome in the backround. I pretty much concur with your assessment. I would get an intense chill and my teeth would chatter. I basically felt like I was dying...
