http://www.LoveDiabetes.com - Many of us feel a need to explain our blood sugar when it's not a "good" number. Sometimes we can, and sometimes we can't. Regardless of the outcome — don't let your blood sugar be the bad banana of your emotional wellbeing. A blood sugar is a blood sugar. Like a tank of gas, or a potted plant — you check it and react accordingly. A blood sugar should be treated no differently. For those of you mental masters who've perfected the art of disengaging blood sugar and emotions — please share your secret! Support "Allies Voice" and subscribe for FREE at AlliesVoice.com.

such a good video, a breath of fresh air and no guilt about the numbers. Still trying hard, and still falling. Things are good.

Wow…I wish that when my son was first diagnosed I could have seen this video..We both got so emothinal when his #"s were high..But like you said let a # be a #…Great video…I really enjoy your videos…Keep, keeping us informed.
great video , you got soooo much to the point , when you see those numbers , everyone freaks out, just always figure out what is going on and go from there, great video
This video really hit home. I have to learn not to get emotional about a bad number and letting in control me instead I control it.
i enjoyed this video.i am type 2
and i think diabetes will eventually destroy me.i was diagnosed in 6-2008.i have not had a good day since.i forget to test.i forget to take meds.and when i do test i do not believe the numbers anyway.it's very frustrating.i'll keep trying.i can't do anymore then that.thank you for the video.
I agree about the numbers beins a roller coaster.I have decided what goes up has to come down, sometimes you have to go to insulin or new meds.whatever you have to to get it down.
Another bullseye! This is great. I think it gets so overlooked and what a concept…no one is perfect, why should I think I have to be. Wow, that lifts a lot of guilt. thanks
