Millions of people have this disease and yet lead a normal, active life. You just need to make a few lifestyle changes. Eat regular meals, reduce the consumption of fat and limit your intake of sugar and sugar-sweetened foods. It would also be helpful to keep your weight at ideal levels and exercise regularly. http://www.williamsdiabetes.com/

I learned what a blog is, what a chat room is, etc. There were other things as well, but those were major things. There's so much I need to know in order to get the most out of the information that's available & also how to share what I've learned on my own.
