I have been having this problem for a few months. I just thought I was tired from being on the go constantly with my kids. I will mention this to my doctor immediately. The video was helpful…

I know i have this problem but with no insurance and regular doctor i can do nothing about it. i have told the doctor i see at the free clinic and he says nothing. For one thing he is retired and sees me about every six months, i have told them i want to see another doctor if i can and no answer yet.
I have videoed myself sleeping and can't stand what i see i toss and turn all night and snore very loudly, now i understand why i don't get invited over to any family member home any more…What i need to find is a good steady job to have tests done, as there are no clinical sleep studies being done in my area…

Hello, It is Sis Tracy, and I deeply apologize for not logging in for some time. I find it a little unusual that no comment has been made concerning this article. Nevertheless, I can speak from my personal experiences of being obese, diabetic and no rest for the weary(sleep apnea) when I was tipping the scale over 300lbs. My life was so miserable. When I would retire at night and thought I was going to get a good night sleep, I was only fooling myself. Why, because I had already violated my eating principles for that particular day. I keep saying out loud to everybody and even myself that I was eating like I should being a diabetic, and I wasn't. First of all, not being true to myself about this disease. When I finally came into reality, I was so
tired from the lack of sleep, and not just that, having to gasp for my breath throughout the night. Being obese played a major factor in me being able to rest and having diabetes on top of that was surely adding more fuel to the fire. Oh my GOD!!! I am truly grateful that I became tired of unhealthy living, and desired to change. My gratitude goes to GOD first and foremost because HE heard my humble cry; that I did not want to depart this life before HE was through using me to the GLORIFICATION and HONOR of HIM. I sit here currently only because of JESUS. By His Grace and Mercy, over a few years now, I have been BLESSED by HIM to have my A1C come down from 7.7 to 7.0 and declining, and weightloss of over 100lbs. I can surely testify that not only do I sleep better; I am healthier than ever before. I do not worry like I use to in the far past that I am going to smother myself to death for not be true t me about this disease, or for that matter, any other addiction or health condition. There are many conditions in my walk for the LORD that I can shout from the mountain top on how GOD brought me out because I asked IN FAITH AND BELIEVE. I know that we as a community can bet this disease by properly doing the things we need to do as a people. I encourage each and every one us to reflect on this condition today, and ask ourselves if we are being truthful first of all in order to move to the next level in becoming healthier. It was when I became truthful with Tracy, and surrender my all to GOD, that I was able to move forward and not backwards concerning my health and all. I pray that we unite and stand on the PROMISES of GOD. We rightfully deserve to be healthier, and HE was my only hope and remains just that still to this day. I love HIM for HE hears all of our cries. BE BLESSED my family in our LORD always, Sis Tracy, The Sol Winners of NOLA, The Fleur De Lis Nation, and The Fleur De Lis State(Louisiana) are on the Battlefield for GOD reaching out to all who would like to accept HIM as our LORD and SAVIOR.
