Blueberry Soup

Ingredients
Makes 4 Servings
3 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 floz brandy , berry-flavored
4 tsp sugar , granulated
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
4 oz sugar free, fat free vanilla yogurt
1 oz fresh mint (to garnish)
Directions
Combine blueberries, brandy, sugar, and lemon juice in food processor or blender. Refrigerate until chilled.
Divide blueberry mixture evenly among 4 bowls.
Top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt and a mint.

Add your commentAnother favorite of mine, blueberries. Sounds heavenly.
You might want to replace the granulated sugar with a sugar substitute. That would make it have fewer carbs.
