Almond-Fudge Freeze

Ingredients

  • Makes 4 Servings

  • 4 oz ice cubes (equal to 1/2 cup)

  • 2 cup light vanilla ice cream, no sugar added (or frozen yogurt)

  • 1/4 cup Smucker's Sugar Free Hot Fudge Topping

  • 1/8 tsp almond extract

  • 1 tbsp Topping, whipped, lite , sugar free (optional)

  • 1 pinch Cocoa Powder, unsweetened (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container in the order listed. Process on and off, stirring in between, to blend ingredients.

  2. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

To warm hot fudge topping, remove lid and warm jar in microwave for approximately 30 seconds. Stir. Do not overheat.
