Silver Bells Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • Makes 12 Servings

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach , thawed (or broccoli)

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3 medium garlic cloves , minced

  • 1 oz fresh mint , minced

  • 1 cup reduced fat sour cream

  • 1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground (to taste)

Directions

  1. Let the packaged spinach defrost.

  2. Once defrosted, drain all the water until spinach is completely dry.

  3. Add all ingredients to the spinach by hand and mix together.

  4. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

  5. Serve.

This is the only way I will eat spinach.

I make this dip quite often but use 1/2 fat free sour cream and 1/2 fat free cream cheese.
