Silver Bells Spinach Dip

Ingredients
Makes 12 Servings
10 oz frozen chopped spinach , thawed (or broccoli)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 oz fresh mint , minced
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground (to taste)
Cooking Instructions
1 Let the packaged spinach defrost.
2 Once defrosted, drain all the water until spinach is completely dry.
3 Add all ingredients to the spinach by hand and mix together.
4 Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
5 Serve.

This is the only way I will eat spinach.
I make this dip quite often but use 1/2 fat free sour cream and 1/2 fat free cream cheese.
