Apricot Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 16 tea, black, bags

  • 12 cup(s) boiling water

  • 1 cup(s) mint, fresh

  • 6 can(s) apricot nectar, 11 1/2 to 12 ounces each

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • apricots, wedges

  • sprig(s) mint, fresh

Directions

  1. . In a very large heatproof pitcher, combine tea bags, boiling water, and the 1 cup mint leaves. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and mint. Cover tea; let stand for 1 hour. Stir in apricot nectar and vanilla. Cover and chill for 4 to 48 hours.

  2. To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Fill with tea mixture. If desired, garnish with apricot wedges and/or mint sprigs
