Ingredients
1 pita bread, cut in half
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooked and diced potatoes
Directions

Great starter recipe! There are many add-ons that wouldn't affect the carb count very much, like turkey bacon or salsa… love this idea.
