Breakfast Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 pita bread, cut in half

  • 2 eggs

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup cooked and diced potatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Place pita bread in oven to warm. Heat a medium skillet over high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add potatoes and saut

Great starter recipe! There are many add-ons that wouldn't affect the carb count very much, like turkey bacon or salsa… love this idea.

I like pita bread. I happy aboout this recipe because I have a hard time eating breakfast, this sounds good. I think this sounds good for lunch and dinner also. Thanks John…
