Double-Chocolate Mousse

1-1/2 c. cold fat-free milk, divided
2 squares Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate
1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) Jell-o Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free instant pudding
2 c. thawed Cool Whip Free whipped topping, divided
1/2 c. fresh raspberries

Directions

Microwave 1 c. milk and chocolate in large microwave bowl on High 2 min., stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in remaining milk. Add pudding mix. beat 2 min. Refrigerate 20 min.
Stir 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and raspberries.

this is rich, but for a special occassion, so simple... when you gotta have chocolate... will put this recipe in my collection labeled, My wild side! I can just see me indulging in a leisurely after lunch dessert... licking the spoon till it shines... heaven...
