Double-Chocolate Mousse

1-1/2 c. cold fat-free milk, divided
2 squares Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate
1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) Jell-o Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free instant pudding
2 c. thawed Cool Whip Free whipped topping, divided
1/2 c. fresh raspberries

Directions

Microwave 1 c. milk and chocolate in large microwave bowl on High 2 min., stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in remaining milk. Add pudding mix. beat 2 min. Refrigerate 20 min.
Stir 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and raspberries.

This sounds really good I would substitute almond milk for those who cannot drink milk.

Will definitely cook your recipe, sounds very wonderful, my hubby and I ae chocoholics. One Square of dark chocolate a day has a lot of monounsaturated fatty acids (as well as other foods), which are good for us.
