Diabetic Friendly 5-Minute Quesadillas

Ingredients
Makes 1 Serving
1 Tortilla, flour (6 inch)
1 piece American cheese, reduced fat, slice
1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
1 tsp fresh chopped green onion
Cooking Instructions
1 To prepare, top tortilla with 2-percent Milk Singles and vegetables. Fold in half. Place on microwavable plate.
2 Microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Fold in half again.
