Diabetic Friendly 5-Minute Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • Makes 1 Serving

  • 1 Tortilla, flour (6 inch)

  • 1 piece American cheese, reduced fat, slice

  • 1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers

  • 1 tsp fresh chopped green onion

Directions

  1. To prepare, top tortilla with 2-percent Milk Singles and vegetables. Fold in half. Place on microwavable plate.

  2. Microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Fold in half again.

sounds good but I will replace with a low carb tortilla, flour tortillas spikes my BG numbers too high.
