Ingredients
Makes 1 Serving
1 Tortilla, flour (6 inch)
1 piece American cheese, reduced fat, slice
1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
1 tsp fresh chopped green onion
Directions
To prepare, top tortilla with 2-percent Milk Singles and vegetables. Fold in half. Place on microwavable plate.
Microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Fold in half again.

Add your commentsounds good but I will replace with a low carb tortilla, flour tortillas spikes my BG numbers too high.
Substitute Corn Tortillas for glutton free version.
