Tuna snacks

Ingredients
1 can 6oz water packed chunk light tuna
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tblsp minced onion
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
18 1/2 inch sliced seedless cucumber
18 capers(optional)
Directions
combine tuna, cream cheese, parsley, onion, oregano, and pepper. mix well
mound about 1 tblsp tuna mix on top of each cucumber slice-to serve cold add capers
to serve hot preheat oven to 450. Spray cooking sheet w/nonstick spray. Bake 10 minuted or until tops are puffec and brown-add capers and serve
