October 8, 2008 6:44 PM Make it and freeze the left overs in portion size containers. My husband won't eat rice at all, hasn't since Nam and neither will my brother Jim. So I make it and freeze the rest then pull it out when I am hungry for it and fix him the reg. meal then he eats left overs the next nite when I eat with him LOL |
