Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

Makes about 1-1/2 cups

1-1/4 cups canned Italian plum tomatoes,

drained

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 celery stalk, diced

1 tblspn minced garlic

2 tblspns chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Coarsely chop tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
