Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • Makes about 1-1/2 cups

  • 1-1/4 cups canned Italian plum tomatoes,

  • drained

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1 celery stalk, diced

  • 1 tblspn minced garlic

  • 2 tblspns chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Coarsely chop tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
