Dill-Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

1 Cup Fat-free Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill — Minced

1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper

1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

Cooking Instructions

Combine sour cream, dill, lemon pepper and lemon zest in a small bowl. Spoon

one-fourth of the sour cream-lemon-dill mixture into bottom of slow cooker.

Arrange chicken breasts on top in a single layer.

Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Spread evenly.

Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until juices run clear.
