Dill-Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fat-free Sour Cream

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill — Minced

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, dill, lemon pepper and lemon zest in a small bowl. Spoon

  2. one-fourth of the sour cream-lemon-dill mixture into bottom of slow cooker.

  3. Arrange chicken breasts on top in a single layer.

  4. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Spread evenly.

  5. Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until juices run clear.
