LEMON WHIP

8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
4 TBS fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup Splenda
1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and Splenda until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until firm - about one hour.

Beadmom, if you make your own whipped cream it doesn't have to have added sugar... I am guessing that is what the recipe calls for.

OK.. My question is doesn't whip cream have a bunch of sugar in it? Do they mean whipping cream?

I am going to try it....

I am new to this site and have had diabetes diagnosed for only 3 months. This recipe sounds wonderful...I would, howeer, be tempted to add blueberries either into the recipe or sprinkled over the top.
