Beadmom, if you make your own whipped cream it doesn't have to have added sugar… I am guessing that is what the recipe calls for.

OK.. My question is doesn't whip cream have a bunch of sugar in it? Do they mean whipping cream?

I am going to try it…
I am also going to try this one I found on the South Beach website..

I am new to this site and have had diabetes diagnosed for only 3 months. This recipe sounds wonderful…I would, howeer, be tempted to add blueberries either into the recipe or sprinkled over the top.

My comment box didn't allow me to rate this recipe, but I give it 5 STARS. I changed out the lemon juice for some KEY LIME juice (I love that stuff) and used xyletol instead of splenda. OH it is fantastic. I am going to zest some lime on top. I had to slap my fingers to keep me out of it.

I like alone, but when I can get my hands of fresh red raspberries, I add those for some color. It's good either way to me and a nice light treat. :)

Do you serve it with anything like a garnish or over fruit, or is it just an eat alone thing? It sounds yummy
