Add your commentThis recipe doesn't have a crust. I miss it, but it's a good way to reduce carbs. I have never tried stevia, (I love xylitol) so there is only one way to find out- try it and see if it works. Let us know.
what kind of crust?… could you sub stevia never tried the other sweetner?
Xylitol is a sugar substitute that is very low carb. It is available at most health food stores. I buy mine online in bulk. You can use it in recipes in the same amount. I like the taste, and it is much better than chemical based sugar substitutes.
What is It xylitol ?
I know right? :)
(Jerry Maguire Moment) You had me at CHEESECAKE, lol.
will be trying it . adding some ingrediants to shopping list and bookmarked page
My favorite variation is key lime cheesecake, but I haven't found a healthy recipe, just the unhealthy, but incredibly delightful cheesecake factory version…
I second that one. Was just looking at a gluten free pineapple cheesecake recipe and considering posting it eventhough I haven't actually made it yet.
I think the Greeks and Romans had it ALL wrong. It is a little known fact that cheesecake, Not ambrosia is actually the food of the gods…
;)
I love any cheesecake.

Mine, too, so I must try it.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It's hard to go wrong with cheesecake. My all-time favorite dessert.
