  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (+1 Can of water)

  • 1 8 oz block of Low-Fat Cream Cheese (cut into about 8 cubes)

  • 1 Package of Italian Dressing mix (the dry seasonings)

  • 1-2 Lbs of Chicken Breast

  • Rice or noodles of your choosing, I prefer brown rice *nutritional information not included for rice so please add the one you choose to your nutritional calculations*

Directions

  1. Mix cream of chicken soup, water, and dressing packet.

  2. Place chicken and cubed cream cheese on the bottom of the slow cooker.

  3. Cover with cream of chicken soup mixture.

  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 7.

  5. Remove chicken and shred (If you have a Kitchenaid stand mixer, you can 6. use the paddle attachment and shred the warm chicken quickly. If not just put chicken on a cutting board and shred with forks.)

  6. Return chicken to slow cooker, mix, and set to warm.

  7. Cook Rice or Noodles.

  8. Pour warm chicken mixture over rice or noodles and serve.

  9. Enjoy!
