Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1) 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 2) 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 3) 1/2 teasp. dried thyme

  • 4) 1/4 teasp. black pepper

  • 5) 1 Tbsp. Honey

  • 6) 1- 1lb. pork tenderloin

Directions

  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. 2) In a small bowl mix together mustard, garlic, thyme and pepper. Coat tenderloin with mixture, and baste during cooking.

  3. 3) Place tenderloin on prepared pan and bake 40-45 minutes or when the meat

  4. thermometer reads 160 degrees, when pushed into the thickest part of the tenderloin. When done slice and serve. A serving is 4 oz. servings.

  5. SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

  6. serve with sauteed green beans or asparagus and warm whole grain roll. It won't take long to become a family favorite.

Thank you all so much, I have a few more recipes I need to get on site. This tenderloin recipe really is a good one, I've made it at least 3 or 4 times since I posted it. Glad you've enjoyed it. Valentine Lady

I haven't made a tenderloin in a long time because I haven't found an easy recipe that I like. But, this recipe is so much less complicated than the one I have that I think I'll give it a try. Thanks V.
