Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1) 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2) 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3) 1/2 teasp. dried thyme
4) 1/4 teasp. black pepper
5) 1 Tbsp. Honey
6) 1- 1lb. pork tenderloin
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2) In a small bowl mix together mustard, garlic, thyme and pepper. Coat tenderloin with mixture, and baste during cooking.
3) Place tenderloin on prepared pan and bake 40-45 minutes or when the meat
thermometer reads 160 degrees, when pushed into the thickest part of the tenderloin. When done slice and serve. A serving is 4 oz. servings.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
serve with sauteed green beans or asparagus and warm whole grain roll. It won't take long to become a family favorite.

I haven't made a tenderloin in a long time because I haven't found an easy recipe that I like. But, this recipe is so much less complicated than the one I have that I think I'll give it a try. Thanks V.
