Ingredients

  • simi sweet chips——one tablespoon.

Directions

  1. In evening after dinner.

  2. Measure out one tablespoon of cholate chips (I prefer dark choclate simi sweet)

  3. put in pretty little dish next to your chair, grab a good book or turn on your favorite tv show.

  4. eat one at a time letting it desolve in your mouth…oh so good…

  5. it has few carbs…few calories…and it is real !

And it's sugar. Dark or semi sweet, it's still sugar. The ONLY chocolate a diabetic should be eating is UNSWEETENED.
