Pineapple pie

Ingredients
1 grahm cracker pie crust
1 lg box sugar free vanilla pudding
1 reg size tub low fat sour cream
1 lg can crused pineapple
Directions
Mix dry pudding with the juice from the pineapple (will be a little bit thick, sometimes I buy a small can of pineapple juice and add just a little bit more-maybe 1/4 of a can)
Add in the sour cream and mix.
Then add desired amount of the crushed pineapple.
Fill the pie crust and refrigerate.

I love pineapple pie and this recipe sounds wonderful. I made myself a copy and plan to go out for the things I need to make it as soon as Hanna passes by. I don't want to be blown away. lol

I make something like this but instead of low fat sour cream I use sugar free fat free frozen whipped topping. I Am going to try this . It sounds yummy. I actually used mine to ice an angel food cake.
