Ingredients
2-3 Tablespoons course ground pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup soy
1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions
Spread the pepper onto the meat then
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well
Marinate 12-18 hours in the refrigerator or 2-3 hours at room temperature.

what would you substitute for wine..don't keep it on hand.
