Beef Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tablespoons course ground pepper

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1/2 cup soy

  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Spread the pepper onto the meat then

  2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well

  3. Marinate 12-18 hours in the refrigerator or 2-3 hours at room temperature.

what would you substitute for wine..don't keep it on hand.
