Dirty Potatoes

Ingredients

• DIRTY POTATOES

• (MAKES 2 SERVINGS)

• 1 ½ T. butter

• 1 ½ t. beef base

• Melt and stir together in small pan.

• Add ½ c. chopped(or thinly sliced) onion. Stir.

• Add 1 ½ c. diced or shredded potatoes. Stir again. When they start getting hot in the pan, lower the heat, put on a lid and let them cook until they are tender. Stir now and then and salt and pepper to taste. Also sprinkle a little garlic powder and onion powder on them one of the times you stir them.
