Chicken Puffs

Ingredients

1/4 cup boiling water

2 tbsp reduced-fat margerine

1/4 cup of flour

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup egg substitute

1/4 cup grated swiss cheese

2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast

2 tbsp chopped pimento

2 tbs white wine

1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat the oven to 400%F.,Boil the water in a medium saucepan. Meltthe margerine in the boiling water. Stir in the flour and salt.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring vigorously, until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from the heat and let cool

3. Add the egg substitute and heat for 1 min.Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls on a nonstick cookie sheetand bake for 20 mins.Remove from the oven.

4.Combine the remaining ingredients and stuff the puff shells with the chicken salad mixture.
