I am a huge fan of stewed meals. I love the blend of flavors. I served this to my family tonight and even my non-chicken lover enjoyed it.
I did change it up a bit (you all know me, I can't leave well enough alone!)
I took out the flour and added (for thickener) a medium butternut squash, peeled and chunked. I also added one sweet potato and 4 carrots and of course some cinnamon. (I guess I was feeling orange tonight)
I cooked it for about 20 minutes longer to let it thicken well. Oh, it was soooooo good. I served it with Donna Ann's Jicama Salad and we were good to go. This one is a real keeper.
Sounds soooo good! Can't wait to try it :)
No Debe it will not be drastic. Make it yours and fix it with what you like.
Enjoy.
This sounds like one that I really want to try.
My aunt and I are going to try this recipe one Sunday.
I definately will make this. I am going to also add chicken breast to this.Would it make a drastic changed?
