Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2lbs ground chicken breast

  • 1/4 cup tomatoe paste

  • 1 tbsp marjoram chopped

  • 1 tsp parsley chopped

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

  • 2 egg whites beaten

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. combine everything except ketchup

  3. place in non-stick loaf pan and cover with ketchup

  4. bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until meatloaf is firm to touch in center

  5. let settle for 10 minutes before service

Excellent…even better when you adda half cup of chopped celery. YUM!

this can't be correct nutritional info for a meat loaf containing 2 lbs of groud chicken. see he following for perdue fit n trim ground chicken:
