Ingredients
(1 tomatoe=1 serving)
1 medium tomatoe
1 1/4 tbsp of cooked hamburger
1 tsp of ranch dressing
1tsp of pizza sauce
1tbsp of shredded cheese
1tbsp of cooked beef rice
1/2 cup of water
1tsp of butter
1tbsp of bbq sauce
Directions
start off by cooking your hamburger season with only garlic salt blackpepper and chillipowder, take hamburger out and drain oil, in the same pan, add water, and butter and bbq sauce and bring to a boil, make sure you get all hamburger scrapings off the bottom of pan this will provide more salt and flavor for your rice. when boiling add rice and cook on low for about 15 min while rice is cooking in a small cast iron pan heat butter until melted and slightly popping, put tomatoe(s) on the butter and sear top and bottom and sides of tomatoe just long enough to slightly brown on specif places you seared it, turn rice off and let set for about 5 min while rice is sitting, in small serving bowl put tomatoe sauce or pizza sauce, ranch dressing and bbq sauce and mix, season to taste, let sauce sit for about 2 min. place you rice on a platter or plate . fill tomatoe 1.4 full with sauce, had hamburger and rice finish off with some shredded cheese of your choice, (great with blue cheese or feta.
