Mini Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons minced chives or green onion

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well to blend flavors. With hands, roll 1 tablespoon at a time into balls. Place on rack in broiler pan to allow fat to drain off. Bake at 400ยบ F for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Sounds good, wonder how they would be after cooking them putting them in a crock pot with some open pit b-que sauce that would be yummy…
