Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons minced chives or green onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well to blend flavors. With hands, roll 1 tablespoon at a time into balls. Place on rack in broiler pan to allow fat to drain off. Bake at 400ยบ F for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Sounds good, wonder how they would be after cooking them putting them in a crock pot with some open pit b-que sauce that would be yummy…
