Add your commentHi briana, I fancy myself a chef even though I've never had formal training. Since I began taking my diabetes seriously, I decided I needed to eat properly and that required a correct diet. Being a very fussy eater, I began collecting diabetic-friendly recipes and learning to cook them properly. If I fancied a certain food, I'd find some way to make it diabetic-friendly. Of course, there's nothing I can do about my all-time favorite: the hot fudge sundae :(
now that is my kind of sweet , i will have to try this , hey are you a chef?
Sounds very, very, very good. I will have to try it.
is the sweetener something like Splenda mixed with water?
sounds good. I will try to make it in this days
TIP: you can make liquid sweetner by mixing one sweetner packet (your choice of brand) with one teaspoon of water or you can use honey. Also: when you put the gelatin in the water, make sure it all gets submerged and hydrated or you will have unusable lumps.
Would like to try this but what size pan do I use?
Remove from fire? I don't cook over fire. Sounds like cooking at a campground.
great, i tought it was the end of chocolat for me, now thanks to you i'm a survivor
how high is heat and can u double this recipe without trouble?
