Ingredients
1CAN OF BUMBLE BEE TUNA DRAINED.(6OZ)
1/4CUP MINCED ROASTED RED PEPPERS.(BOTTLED)
1 LARGE HARD BOIL EGG MINCED.
1 HOT CHERRY PEPPER,SEEDED AND MINCED
2tbsp MAYONAISE
1tsp. FRESH LEMON JUICE.
APINCH OF GROUND CUMIN
2 5INCH SOFT ITALIAN ROLLS SPLIT
1/2 SMALL RED ONION,THINLY SLICED
4 SLICES OF SWISS CHEESE
2tsp,OLIVE OIL
Directions
COMBINE TUNA,ROASTED PEPPERS,EGG,AND CHERRY PEPPERS.WHISK TOGETHER MAYONAISE,LEMON JUICE,AND CUMIN.COMBINE WITH TUNA,SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.DIVIDE TUNA MIXTURE BETWEEN THE TWO ROLLS;TOP EACH WITH ONION AND CHEESE;REPLACE TOP OF ROLL.COOK SANDWICHES IN OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT;PRESSING FIRMLY WITH A SPATULA AND TURNING UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CHEESE IS MELTED. SERVES 2
