Fat free tuna salad

White Albacore tuna packed in water(or fresh)
fresh garlic, celery, onions, bean sprouts, bell pepper, cucumbers and what ever other veggie you want to add
mustard

Directions

drain tuna and flake, dice veggies, mix in bowl add mustard. black pepper to taste. mix and serve on a bed of greens

This sounds delicious and safe, with no carbs. I imagine it has Omega-3 also.I will definitely give it a try.
