Fat free tuna salad

Ingredients

  • White Albacore tuna packed in water(or fresh)

  • fresh garlic,

  • celery,

  • onions,

  • bean sprouts,

  • bell pepper,

  • cucumbers

  • Whatever other veggie you want to add

  • mustard

Directions

  1. Drain tuna and flake, dice veggies, mix in bowl add mustard. black pepper to taste. mix and serve on a bed of greens

try a little more veggies and seasonings like, eggs ,tomato's,and a tad bit of dill,josh and mom are ready to eat

This one is similar to one I use already, only I add a can of peas also. Thanks for sharing with us.

This sounds delicious and safe, with no carbs. I imagine it has Omega-3 also.I will definitely give it a try.
