Ingredients
White Albacore tuna packed in water(or fresh)
fresh garlic,
celery,
onions,
bean sprouts,
bell pepper,
cucumbers
Whatever other veggie you want to add
mustard
Directions
Drain tuna and flake, dice veggies, mix in bowl add mustard. black pepper to taste. mix and serve on a bed of greens

try a little more veggies and seasonings like, eggs ,tomato's,and a tad bit of dill,josh and mom are ready to eat
