Add your commentI use erythritol in the chai and chocolate drink mixes. I use aspertame in the pie mixes, but we have eliminated the ususal aspertame aftertaste. We want to switch to eriytritol in the pie mixes but there are some problems. One is current cost of erythritol would increase product price significantly and another is that erythritol dissolves best in hot water which means making the mixes would become more complicated. Neither make good marketing sense at this time.
