Brown Rice Side Dish

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup brown rice and 1/8 tsp salt.
2 stalks celery- diced
1/4 sweet red pepper-diced
2 medium fresh tomatoes-diced
1 small onion-diced
1 - 2 tbs. virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lime juice
Cooking Instructions
Boil the water then add the brown rice (cook rice about 30 minutes) Drain when it is tender/done.
Add the remaining ingredients into a casserole dish, cover and microwave for five minutes.

I have never had brown rice, I will have to try this.
Been looking for a good brown rice recipe, thanks for sharing.
