Double Mango-Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
3-Tablespoons picante sauce or salsa.
1-Tablespoon mango or peach chutney.
1-Tablespoon Dijon mustard.
1-Tablespoon lime juice.
4-Cups torn Boston or red leaf lettuce.
6-Ounces medium or large COOKED shrimp,peeled and deveined.
1/2-Cup diced ripe avocado.
1/2-Cup ripe mango or papaya,diced.
1/3-Cup red or yellow bell pepper strips.
2-Tablespoons cilantro,chopped(optional).
Directions
Combine picante sauce,chutney,mustard and lime juice in small bowl;mix well.
Combine lettuce,shrimp,avocado,mango,pepper strips and chutney mixture; toss well and transfer to serving plates…

Add your commentsounds good except for mango and papaya dont care for either one.Could you possibly use pineapple or peaches.Or maybe even apricots.
