Three Berry Pie

Ingredients

I use Strawberry,Blueberry,Blackberry2 cups each,2 cups apple juice,1cup of pineapple juice no sugar add.1 red or green apple .1 frozen pie crust cook as package says.just one. the other one keep out you will use it.

Cooking Instructions

You are going to put the juice in a 8 quarter pot then the berries.put them aside for 5 minutes so they can soak some of the juice up. while you wait on them .take the apples .peel and cut into slices put them in pot.on the stove turn on medium high. cook the berries and apples for 5 minutes or until a little soft.get you a pie pan out very carefully spoon the berries,apples in pie.pour enough juice to cover. cut the top of pie using the other sheet. with any cookie cutter an lay on top of fruit bake 350 for 10 minutes or until brown.when done take out an let cool. you can use sugar free cool whip on top if you like. this came from my great grandmother she won $25.00 dollor with this pie. I add the apples to it for the texture.
