Chicken&rice

Chicken Fajitas, Knorr chicken rice & Hill country fair mushroom rice.

Directions

Fajitas: First cut off all the fat. Then cut the fajitas into bite size pieces. Pan fry over medium heat until cooked through. Set aside.

Take the two rice packeges and mix them into a new pan. Add the ingredients it asks for and let boil. When it is boiling, turn down to simmer. Let it simmer until it is fully cooked.

Mix the rice into the fajitas and stir.

Add a veggie and dinner is served!

Fajitas(with fat) 4oz= 190 calories, 14grams Total fat, 2 carbohydrates.

Rice (cooked) 1/4 cup= 31.25 carbohydrates, 162.5 calories, 0.31 total fat

I agree, great idea, but you can do the same thing with boneless, skinless breast of chicken...with the added bonus less fat.

sounds good but do you have to use fajitas. Why not just boneless cut up chicken breasts?

This sounds so good, Im going to try it tonight I just love the Knorr rice.
