Orange Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

  • 3/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk

  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

  1. Combine ice cream, milk and oj concentrate in food processor or blender; prosses until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into 2 glasses; garnish as desired. Serve

Not sugar free add up the sugar grams on side of container to amounts being or %being used low fat does not mean low sugar

is this a sugarfree diabetic recipe. it is so hard to know if something is right for you to eat it. here i am in a diabetic website and a recipe like this pops up. it shows me everything but how much the sugar count is. i do like this website, but how can i trust it if it puts recipes like this in my face. please give me a response that tells me it is ok to have this orange smoothies as person that is type 2 diabetes.
