Cajun Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 8 cups air popped popcorn

  • 7 teaspoons honey

  • 4 teaspoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasonling

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350*F. Spray jellyroll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place popcorn in large bowl. Combined honey, butter, and seasoning in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted and the mixute is smooth; quickly pour over popcorn. Toss to coat evenly. Pour onto prepared pan;bake 12 to 14 minutes or until coating is golden brown and appears crackled, stirring twice during bake time.

GREAT RECIPE AND I LOVE POPCORN TOO!!!
