Avocado Pesto

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresh basil

  • ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Lupin8

  • 1 large avocado, mashed

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Blend basil, parmaesan, juice, oil, lupin8 and garlic until combined. Stir in avocado with a pinch of salt. Place in covered container and refrigerate.
