CREAMY CHILE SAUSAGE GRAVY

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 10 ounce can Ro-tel, undrained (diced tomatoes with green chiles)

Directions

  1. Brown the sausage. Stir in the softened cream cheese; heat on the stove or in the microwave until melted. Stir in the Ro-tel tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes on the stove or on LOW-MEDIUM power in the microwave, until thickened.
