Sweet and Spicy Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground ancho chile powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon sea or kosher salt

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Prepare grill, heating to medium.

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle fish with salt; rub with paprika mixture.

  3. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 7 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

I lone Salmon I eat it out of the can or on bread i know this will be good.

I cut the recipe in half and made for 2. Served in a green salad. This is a great recipe. Loved the salmon, this is a difinite keeper.

I've just brought some salmon and i didn't know how to prepare it so I'm so glad for this recipe and i will prepare this meal over the weekend.

Wonderful kinds of spices will make this fish recipe taste so good! Salmon is a favorite of mine and I am looking forward to trying this way to fix it.
