Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pls 2 tbs Butter or Margarine melted, divided

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1Can (8 ounces) Pineapple rings in unsweetened juice drained

  • Frozen unsweeteneed dark cherries, thawed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup no-sugar added pineapple fruit spread

  • 1cup buttermilk

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350. Combine 2 tbs melted butter and cinnamon, mix well. Spread onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish. Top with pineapple rings, place cherries in centers of rings. Beat eggs in medium bowl, blend in remaining butter, fruit spread and buttermilk. combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Gradually add to buttermilk mixture, beating until well blended. Spread batter evenly over fruit. Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in baking dish on wire rack 30 minutes invert onto serving platter, remove dish. serve warm or at room temp.

i think it's called All Fruit? should be in with your jelly's in the grocery store

Would love to make this but am not sure where to purchase the no-sugar added pineapple fruit spread…Sounds fantastic!!!
